Have you downloaded the 'App'?

 

the medallion is round and physical ... the 'app' is on your 'device' ( phone, tablet ... )

We’ve booked several evenings in the speciality restaurants for our July cruise via the app. Not the greatest piece of technology for sure, but it just about worked. Eventually. So you might be able to book now.

I was able to easily book our specialty dining nearly a year in advance on the app.

You can always call Princess and book over the phone, skipping use of the App.
