Port Miami

Holy Cow!  Construction.  Lanes closed.  Poor signage.  Lack of workers.  Traffic backed up prior to tunnel.  One parking garage (Terminal D) just closed completely with no sign for options.  Nobody rerouting traffic.  Just blocked with blue barricade.   Lack of workers directing traffic at cross walks.  We have been to this port before and still had trouble getting to the luggage drop off, then figuring out parking. So, yes, it is spring break.  All the more reason to post a few signs to direct the flow of traffic.  Thankful the other garage had available parking, but seriously….   Do better Miami.

Spring Break is a parallel universe at the airports, too.

I'm somewhat surprised about the lack of signs, alternate parking, etc. Btw the overhead signs, signs on trailers, I've usually had no trouble negotiating the forever under construction port area.

I would call the CruisePort administration and complain, and mention it to your cruise line.
