Address on the Medallion App

HI all,

 

I cannot input my address on the Medallion App.  It keeps giving me a red pop up that says Invalid Address - State. I tried a different address (my old one) in another state, and keep getting the same error....  Anybody know how to fix this?

I've had the same problem

I went out of the app and tried again on different days

It finally worked after a few tries

Sometimes it's caused by the auto fill function. Try entering all the information manually and see what happens.
