jimsig Posted March 22, 2023 #51 Share Posted March 22, 2023 You wonder if NCL just mailed out half of what they do now could they do more things on the ships like say hire more people to bring back twice a day cabin service????
schmoopie17 Posted March 22, 2023 #52 Share Posted March 22, 2023 I'm going to start referring to snail mail as escargots mail. Sounds classier...

I finally agree with mocruisefan on something. i fail too see what the big deal is, and why the issue of ncl brochures is the subject of so much discussion. if you dont want the brochure simply throw it out. there are days when i receive nothing but junk mail. guess what? it goes straight to the garbage. I knew you would come around eventually.

I know what cruises I want and which ships I want. These brochures do nothing to entice me to cruise sooner or on a different vessel. I'd say by virtue of you being on CC, you're 1) more inclined to go on a cruise and 2) have a greater familiarity of ports and ships, even if just from reading about them on here. I'm the same way: If I get a mailer from CAS with a deal, I'm inclined to look at it but the standard weekly mailers are immediately filed. Rest assured, there have been many dollars spent by NCL on determining the optimal frequency of mailings and they wouldn't be spending millions each year to print and mail the brochures if there weren't a return on investment. They're not going to change so opting out, if possible, is your best option.
