Is it possible to purchase OBC for someone sailing on a RC ship?

Call gifts and gear 800-722-5443 , give them the booking number and name and tell them you want OBC in the amount of $X. They charge your cc card right away. If the OBC is not used it will refund back to their CC at end of cruise.

I have even done it without having the booking number. Just with the ship and sail date
