Couple of Panorama questions

For anyone who has been on the Panorama lately, I have a few questions:

 

• Is anyone in the pools during the day or is it too chilly?
• Do sold out times ever open up for specialty dining?  Can I get on a waitlist?

I am on the Panorama right now. People are in the pools.

There are some brave souls in the pools on the 1st sea day (too cold for us). On the second sea day it warmed up and more people were in the pools. The pools were crowded on port days (Mazatlan and PV). 
 

Can’t answer the restaurant question as we only ate once in the steakhouse and we booked pre cruise.

if you keep checking the app reservations do open up, I did not see a waitlist.

once on board you can inquire about a waitlist, we decided one night to try the teppanyaki, stopped by around 5 asked if there was space for 2 sometime that night, she said that she would put us down and let us know. Turns out they had a late cancellation and we received a notification thru the hub app confirming our reservation.

Sea days can be cold with the wind. On sea days I only go in the pool after being in the hot tub for a bit.

Port days were better for pool usage I thought.
