Spoke to them 5 minutes ago - calling UK phone number, but answered by someone with an American accent, so I assume in their US call centre. They discussed the logistics of having to move 30,000 bookings and huge amounts of data to the new web page. Either the Data from RC is hardly corrupted or the the new software company is incompetent.
