RCL Harmony - 1st night Specialty Dining Discount

Hi all, does RCL still offer the 50% discount for the Specialty Dining venues  on the first/second night of the sailing?This used to be offered to Diamond + as part of the bogo deals pre Covid?

I know Hooked is not eligible, but what is?

Hibachi, Hooked and Chefs table are excluded.  Everything else is included
