Transfers to Barcelona airport

Does anyone have any recommendations for private transfers from the cruise port to the airport in Barcelona? Our flight is at 11 am so don't want to do the NCL transfers which may not get us there early enough. TIA

We have always used taxis from the port to the airport, which have always been very reliable except for one time when there were a lot of large ships in port and there was a bit of a wait.

 

As long as you get off the ship in good time then taxis will work well. Given that flight time you will want to be one of the first off anyway (probably best to carry your own luggage unless you have priority).

 

Also worth checking what other ships are in port so you know whether it will be busy.

 

Unless you are a large group or it is a busy day I don’t think there is any need to arrange transfers at Barcelona.

Taxis are reliable in Barcelona.There are always enough taxis available.Only if 5-6 other ships are in port there might be a waiting of 10 minutes or so.

Private transfers are in 95% of the cases not faster.

When in Europe we have used GetTransfer.com. They are reliable and affordable.

Walk out of terminal. Get in one of the dozens of cabs that will be waiting.

By the time you’ve found your driver then walked to where he has parked you could be on your way…!

I used the walk off option with own luggage from Wonder of the Seas last September at 8:00 am.  The taxi queue took at least 30 mins to get to the front of the line.
