Carnival Casino Bookings

 Share

Recommended Posts

Good afternoon,

I have never sailed carnival and I’m having a heck of a time with their website. I booked with a ‘free’ casino offer. But I want to see pricing for upgrading to another cabin type but they seem of have zero resources for doing so on the website. Do I have to call in, am I missing something?

any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Call the cruiseline

You can 1. call the person you booked the cruise with, if you used a pvp, or 2.  call the casino dept. and see what they can do, or 3. go to "plan a cruise" then "find a cruise" and search for your cruise and go through all the steps of making a booking (without booking it) to see what cabins are available and what the price would be with the casino promo you have.

If it’s a casino booking I’d call the casino. They often have offers that haven’t even been advertised yet that they can give you. I’ve gotten the free inside cabin before and called to upgrade to a balcony and was comped the balcony. You’ll probably get a better deal calling them. It’s a hassle to call but well worth it.

Casino bookings are generally controlled by the casino club, so direct communication with them, preferably on the phone, is the best way to get info.

Online imaginary bookings will not show all the cabins set aside for special casino bookings. These have been removed from general listings.

Very true.  My pvp is a "casino pvp" and sees cabins that I don't see on my end!  She also sometimes tells me to wait a day or two before booking (she puts the cabin I want on hold) as she sees another casino promo coming out then.
