Have you tried Parking For Cruises?

I understand from chatter on the P&O board a lot of people use them.

I think you leave the car in the short term parking and they move it and bring it back.

SO wish I was on this cruise but Ive only got 2 days holiday left for 2023/2024 😩

Southampton Airport has very easy access to The Railway station,  for  Southampton Central, then taxi from there. Or The Unilink Bus U1C from Southampton Airport  to Southampton Central Railway Station or stay on and get off at   The Town Quay and Taxi.  (If QM2 Terminal is still being used on the day of departure )  Presently for Taxis at Southampton Central you have to exit Platform 1.

Or use the West Quay Multi Storey Car Park by the Port at  £5 per 24hrs

Taxi will not be cheap but not the same expense some are considering with overnight stays in hotels.

About £18 from airport to the Terminals, sometimes a quid or two cheaper with Uber (which works fine in Southampton). I have toyed about with this - as someone who would normally arrive in Southampton by air - for example taking the train to Southampton Central and a taxi from there, but that would be something like £4 rail, £10 taxi, so not really worth the effort. So a taxi from the airport could actually be cheaper than some of the options mentioned above in terms of total cost.

How much does it cost to park at the airport? Otherwise, for five days, you won’t have much luggage, why not train all the way, if it’s not a strike day, and doesn’t involve Nuneham Bridge?
