Floating Bar, South Beach, Cococay

Does anyone know what time they open as I would rather go their first before drinking at the pool for awhile and having to try and swim? 😮 lol

We never go to South Beach but I would think pretty early. I know I've gotten a drink elsewhere at 9:30am or so. The bars open before the food venues.

We were there last week, open at 9am. Just FYI it isnt really floating, just a palapa on pilings about 15ft out in the water. Very nice though.

there are other palapas in the water near it that have tables to put your drinks on depending on the tide. When we first got there, the tables were just underwater. Who’s left, the tables were too high above the water to use. Fun just to hold onto and chat though. There are other floats that are anchored there too. Funny to watch people try to get on them.

We loved the pool last time and will definitely be utilizing that again 🙂
