I will be staying in Paris for a few nights, can anyone recommend favorite restaurants? 
also would like a recommendation for the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. Thanks!

The RER (train/subway)system is great. Are you going to be lugging a lot of luggage?

Paris is rather large, so it really depends on where you are staying. Your best bet is to ask for recommendations at the front desk of your hotel.

Fast & frequent RER trains from CDC to Gare Du Nord, in the centre of Paris

Then if you're happy to take luggage on it, the metro Line 4 direct (no changes) from Gare du Nord metro station to Raspail metro station - it's only 100 yards from your hotel 

 

 

Or by road;

From CDG the hotel is about 26 miles & something over an hour by road. It might be worth getting fixed quotes for a private transfer from the airport to your hotel

Or from Gare du Nord the hotel is about 4 miles and a very variable 20 to 40 minutes by taxi - sorry I have no idea of the fare.
