Live Chat

I've been trying to connect with Princess customer service via "Live Chat" on their website, but the Live Chat link isn't working.  Anyone else having this problem?

Interested in the answers. Chat works on wife's Android tablet, not on my (also Android) tablet.

Googled for answers, no help. What we do is call the direct line to our CVP for problems/questions.

Try your phone or PC?  My iphone works.

Works great on my Samsung Internet but not on my Chrome

I can't get it when I use Chrome but it works when I open it in Safari.

It worked on my iPad but not the iPhone or PC.  Thanks for everyone's input.

When you say "it doesn't work", what exactly do you mean? Are you getting an error message? Something else? We need a bit more info in order to help.

I experienced this issue as well. Check your browser settings to ensure you are allowing pop up windows. If you are using Chrome, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select settings. It should be an option under the Security setting option.
