I have had that exact set of items for breakfast there more than once... because they are the best.

Back now from a little sun up on the pool deck... It's starting to get crowded, and you can definitely feel the additional passenger load. My first three cruises on the Scarlet Lady were wayyy below capacity, but I have a feeling that they're getting closer to being sold out now.

 

I know that a lot of things yesterday didn't seem to go perfectly, and a lot of you probably think that I'm just a mean old curmudgeon, but today is a new day. I'm not going to let a few subpar margaritas and a gross overcharge on one drink ruin my week. I'm reset now, and I think that things are going to turn out alright. 

 

I'm trying to figure out what to get into for lunch now, but first I need to test drive that nice big shower... Not as big as mine back home, but massive compared to the solo and regular cabins...

I see there's a charge for my coffee this morning at The Grounds Club Two, but that's supposed to disappear due to the $10 credit for specialty coffee... Now, if only I can keep those adult beverage prices under control today.........

@sid_9169...that would drive me crazy having to keep tabs on charges and credits on my account, VV seems to make it more difficult than it needs to be all the way around or am I missing something?

 

Wanted to ask you....you mention vivid dreams when sleeping, I am guessing, as a result from the sleeping aids you take.  Do you get a restful nights sleep after all those vivid dreams?  Could be part of the reason for your moods at times if you are not getting adequate sleep!

One thing I can tell you about the Scarlet Lady, is she's the smoothest sailing ship I've ever been on. I mean, you can't feel even the slightest bit of movement. Something about the hull design or whatever I guess...

@Hogladyrider I'm with you.  VV seems gimmicky to me, and I've yet to read a review or seen pics that change my mind.  Good thing we don't all like/dislike the same thing 🙂

I just took a trip back in time to the 1980s... Boy these bring back some memories! Funny thing is, that once the Nintendo came out, I quit playing video games altogether. We had the old Atari 2600 when I was a kid, but I grew out of playing games in my teens. I might play some here just for old times sake at some point...

The Dock is probably my favorite VV bar followed by On the Rocks. The golden Horizon is a great drink.
