Current WCB drink prices on Silhouette?

I recently looked at the current Silhouette sailing on the app, and noticed that the World Class Bar is showing $20 for almost all drinks, which of course means they would not be included in the premium package (limit $17).  When I was on Silhouette in March, the prices had been raised to $17 to coincide with the new premium package limit.  Have they raised the prices again in such a short time?

 

Can anyone currently on Silhouette confirm this bar is no longer included in the premium package?

Where is the Silhouette sailing?  Cruises from Southampton have the gratuity added to the price of beverages on the menus.  
 

The WCB  cocktails range from $15-17 on the menu for our upcoming cruise on the Edge.

Silhouette is currently sailing out of Southampton so drinks prices shown are inclusive of gratuity for these sailings.
