Many years ago in NYC there was a place called Sodamat. The only beverage that one could buy there was sodas.They offered 28 different ones.

I enjoy in the past when being a child watching the 7 Up plant on 64 and 6 Avenue in Sunset Park Brooklyn the soda bottles being filled and capped.

 

Now I miss it since it is now the Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership and just see the new cars in a different window.

 

How times change.

There was a gas station on the corner of 64St. and maybe 6th ave .The owner had a son named Ralph.Does that sound familiar to you ?
