I wonder if ships are still going to stop in Jamaica with the State Department travel warning at level 3?

Hasnt it been here for quite a while. It hasnt changed anything so far. I mentioned it on a thread where two iterations were to pick from and when I mentioned it, it was brushed aside. I dont think cruisers care. I went last sept and I think it was as high. 

 

I tried to find how long ago this was issued.

 

Here is one last oct 2022, level 3.

.another 2019 for canadians. 

 

Been like this for a while.

I'm thinking Jamaica and Mexico are about as safe as, if not safer than, sending the kids or grandkids to school.

I was just in Jamaica last Tuesday and felt a lot safer there than I would have going to NYC or Chicago
