You won't get even close to good advice with such a broad question as that. There are hundreds of good answers across a ton of budgets and locations.

Courtyard by Marriott Venice Airport-- there are a bunch right there that are independent hotels but this is newer and nice for a quick overnight. Would not recommend this hotel for any sort of touring of the city of Venice itself, but if you need a place to stay before an early flight it's a great choice.

Currently staying at Locanda Vilvadi. Really like the Jr Suite with private patio. It’s close enough to everything yet not too close!
