Transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral

How does everyone get to the cruise port from the Orlando International aiport? I've called MSC and their transfer would pick us up at the airport at 12pm; however, our flight doesn't arrive until 11:04 (that is being very optimistic with delays and finding our way to the pickup point in time). The last shuttle or shared transportation with Cruise Control are also between 11:30 and 12pm. Cortrans does not have any availability. Our cruise leaves on 31 Aug at 6pm and returns on 3 Sep. Are there any other sites besides Cruise Control, GoPort, and Cortrans that anyone has used? Should we just take an Uber or Taxi?

The more important issue here is flying in on day of sailing. And you are illustrating very well the complications of flying that late. I wish you luck.

Ikr!? We were flying in to arrive around 8:40, but then our flight got changed! It's so frustrating.

You could have declined the change and had them change you to a flight the day before. Or a full refund and book a different flight the day before.

I think you only realistic choice at this point is Uber/Lyft.

Yes, there could be all sorts of changes before the end of August.  Another option could be a shared shuttle....
