experience - Ealiest flight time out of IAH after cruise?

We are booked on the Allure in Aug of 23.  We are looking at a 12:55 departure out of IAH.  Will this be an issue?  We are trying to book a private ride for 4.  I have heard people talk about fog can cause delays getting into port.  This is not in Aug. is it?

Any fog in Texas will be in the winter. Fog caused by the difference between air and water temperature. In August the air temp will be at least 90 and the water temp at least 86 - 88, so no problem!!

Typically sea fog results from colder air over warmer water.  it's mostly a winter phenomenon following a cold front passage.  Usually not a problem in the warm season.
