Why are the ABCs so popular?

Recommended Posts

I had posted a thread to celebrity about which itinerary to choose and abcs got a lot of votes. I also like an rcl itinerary which includes st. johns, antigua, san juan, sint maarten, st. lucia and st. kitts.

The sense i got of the abcs is some people think they are safer and they liked you could just walk off the ship and walk around. I like that. However some mentioned water sports and snorkeling and i don't care for that.

Any other reason why i should choose the abcs?

I don't have the foggiest idea why people think they're safer. Never heard that before. The ABC's are a bit more subdued and quiet because it's so hot down there. They're no safer than Dominica, St. Maarten, or St. Kitts just to name a few.

Stay away from Santo Domingo DR, Port-au-Prince (Haiti) or San Juan PR and your good.
