Royal court tea party

I seen that adult need to have children ages 3 to 12 to attend the royal court tea party. Why can’t adults without children 3 to 12 years attend royal court tea party. I bet adults without would like to attend the royal court tea party.

👍  Correct.  DCL set up the Royal Court Tea Party as a children's event.  It was necessary to also allow a parent/guardian to attend.
