Showers on the Crown Princess

Thinking of booking our first ever Princess cruise. I’ve been looking at videos of the Crown Princess and it appears the showers have an overhead rain maker style nozzle instead of hand held nozzles like most other cruise lines.
I am very particular about being able to wash my, uh, private parts and being the thin size of showers on a ship it’s darn near impossible to spray your underside with a fixed overhead shower.

If anyone here has stayed in regular balcony cabins on the Crown Princess I’d appreciate any info

Just a heads up I asked for a hand held shower which was great, but there was nowhere to put it when shampooing, soaping etc and just having it dangling drove me crazy.  My cabin steward wasn't happy but I had it removed and just used a washcloth.

This cabin also didn't have any kind of a shelf in the shower which is not at all standard in the showers, not sure why this one had nothing.

Do you mean they gave you a handheld shower but didn’t have the clasp to set it in (which is pretty much standard on a hand held shower nozzle)?

Maintenance asked me if I wanted it to just dangle.  I looked confused.  I think he was thinking that I would have a hard time reaching up to place it on the holder.  I asked for the holder.
