Regent Air

That's why I suggested you look on the airline's website before contacting Regent and see if seats are indeed available and how many if it's like Delta where you can view the available seats without booking.

If the airline doesn't show seats before you book, you can start a fake air reservation with fake name/email/phone, etc and get to the seat reservation page to see what's available (before closing the page and erasing the history). There are certainly some airlines that don't let you see the seats until they have your money (I think British Air is one), but pretend booking will get you into a few more seat maps.

If you are planning for a United flight.  Make sure you turn on Expert Mode.  This way you can see the Fare buckets available.  Remember that Regent will only book discounted fares so you will need a P or Z fare for biz class to avoid or minimize an upcharge on the fare

Here in the UK, even with deviation, flights are not ticketed until between 70 and 60 days before sailing. We upgraded to Business we were extremely flexible but still could not reserve seats ( we need 4 ) until 63 days out. All worked out well and we have booked 4 seats together. We were, however, surprised at this as Oceania ticket straight away when you deviate. All are short flights therefore we did not stress.
TA told us not to worry as the airlines knew 4 business class flights had been sold on all our legs and we should not have a problem. He was correct. Surely this must be the case with all business class seats. Hope this is reassuring.
