Chasing up non credited cruises for CC points

Hi. I wonder if anyone would have an email address for the Celebrity Cruises dept dealing with allocation of Captains Club points?

I was given celebrityengagementcentre@celebrity.com on the website but it’s bouncing back.

I have 2 Cruises from years ago not credited. Luckily I kept the sea passes. Thanks.

Try using US spelling?

Wow, you’re correct!  I should have noticed that. European v US spelling 🤗 

update: Actually still bouncing back even with the “er”

Did you try adding them near the bottom of the Manage Reservation section on your Celebrity account?

Thanks. I did try but not recognising booking/folio as too old. Will give the cec address a go.
