Princess Cruise Title and Map Do Not Match Cruise Itinerary???

We booked the below cruise awhile ago and just noticed that the name of the voyage and the itinerary map do not match the cruise itinerary on the Princess web site.  We booked the cruise as a Western Europe voyage, not the Northern Lights Grand Adventure.  I am fairly sure that the title and itinerary map were correct when we booked the cruise and our booking confirmation shows the Western Europe itinerary.

 

Our TA also shows the Western Europe itinerary in her system.  Anyone have a similar experience?  This is the first time I have seen this?  Princess IT Dept at it again!

This is not new - they re-use maps with slight changes all the time.  But I agree, this map appears to be way off.

 

If the cruise you are booked on changed and its not what you want to sail on, sounds like you need to cancel.

I just reported the same thing for our Sept. 8th, 2023, 14-day Iceland cruise. Several ports are wrong. 🤪

"Jeffrey" at Princess opined that maybe the map "hasn't been updated yet". 😵‍💫 I suggested that he report it to the IT dept. 🤡Who knows if this will ever be fixed? (Shrug) 🙃

Usually, it’s the map that is not updated.  They have a disclaimer there.

 

So, is the itinerary correct?  Is this what your itinerary says on the travel summary?

 

Looks like to me, they have just used the wrong map and title.  Never saw the title written incorrectly.

 

As long as your travel summary is correct, you should be good.

 

I would definitely report it to the IT dept to fix it.

Yes, the travel summary is correct.  I will monitor the cruise to make sure they do not swap the itinerary on us as we are also on the prior voyage, B2B.
