Club Orange... Refundable?

If I purchase Club Orange on my credit card, and later cancel my cruise,

well before final payment date, is the Club Orange charge 100% refundable?

When we booked we were told yes, before final payment & you cancel your cruise, it’s refundable.

That’s my understanding as well.  It’s like the purchase of other amenities - like  a specialty beverage package.  they are all refundable provided penalties haven’t been incurred.

The terms and condition say non-refundable but as the others noted it is refundable if you cancel your cruise before final payment. It is also refundable if you to upgrade to a Neptune/Pinnacle suite which includes the CO amenities.
