Parking Baltimore cruise port

Any trouble parking,should we get there early? How early ,coming from the north(NY)

We've cruised out of Baltimore at least a dozen times.  Parking has never been an issue.

Parking is easy, and the process is well marked and manned.  $15 per day, credit card only.  Your baggage dropoff with the porters will be first, then pay for parking, then park.  It doesn't take long, so I would not suggest getting there so far ahead of your selected arrival time that you have to wait around.

There can sometimes be a delay into the port.  Once you get past the attendants, the line moves pretty fast.  We spent 10 or 15 minutes getting off 95 ramp and waiting to enter the port.  Parking was very easy once inside though!

Close parking, easy on and off. Very good port experience.

Parking is close and easy.  Sometimes they do not let people in for the next cruise until the people from the arriving cruise have disembarked.

Baltimore cruise port parking is generally easy and convenient.  But I've only been there when there were two ships home ported (which is almost all the time).  In December, a third ship will be using the port.  So, parking may not be as easy.  Check out the boards in September when a third ship will be there to see what is different and how it is going..

 

Also, when coming from the north, you need to use the right tube of the Fort McHenry tunnel as the exit is soon after you come out of the tunnel.
