Loyalty Record

I've keep visiting 'My Account' on the P&O website to find out a record of my cruises and the loyalty points that I have. All it ever keeps saying is "Something happened, please try again later." Has anyone found another way o getting this information?

Just checked mine on the site logged in OK everything seems OK it did throw an error up initially but managed to get in

Call them on the freephone number. It could just be a blip on their system and easily sorted.
I had problems once with the cruise personaliser as they had my date of birth wrong. A day early.

I would try a different search engine first or check your cookies, mine is working in Chrome.

Mines working OK  too.  Following Phil's  advice ,clear cache out and see if that works .

Have you got access to another PC/Phone and see if you have the same fault and if you have 

Give P&O a ring and tell them of your trouble.

Just logged into mine and everything is OK.  I have noted that it does seem to be tempramental!
