Verifying All included

I just booked an 8 night on Beyond for April of 2024.     I chose the all included option which included the classic alcohol, tips and wifi.   I can't find anything on the invoice or on my booking on line that mentions that I have the extras.  Is there an easy way to verify on the website, or on the invoice?  I booked on the phone and used a casino discount and transferred some credits from another cruise so the prices don't match up to the standard pricing.   Thanks

You may want to call CS and request an invoice which shows AI as you indicated....

They will be able to get one out or explain how to interpret it on the invoice you have received, in which case I would still request one that shows this info even if in X's lingo/acronyms...

bon voyage

The invoice from Celebrity will show charges and credits as line items for the drink package, Wi-Fi and Tips if you have the All Included option.

If you don’t see the charges and credits itemized on the invoice, then you don’t have All Included.

Great question, we've been wondering too... we never received the emailed invoice 😱

Actually, we haven't received the emailed invoice for the past handful of cruises, yet everything has worked out fine at embarkation and onboard 😃

It takes a few days for the charges and credits to be processed.   It took 2 days and I got the final Booking Confirmation  showing charges and credits

But if you look at your initial  Booking Confirmation you should see a code like ALLINC with other codes depending upon what promotion you booked with.

ALLINC means you have the beverage package, wi-fi and gratuities on your booking.

Remember the Included WiFi is the Basic type.

If WiFi is important to you and you have some Captains Club level you qualify for a Discount on the upgrade to Premium WiFi.

To use the discount either Call X and do it that way or onboard.

I just booked a cruise less than a week from departure and after check in, normally I would see CALL or PALL on my Xpress Pass but this time I don't. On my receipt from X, the only mention of All Included (I did purchase) was a line item saying RES PERKS NRD with a negative line item. The three perks were not listed individually.

Just a follow up. I called Celebrity to verify the items were on the account and they adjusted my Invoice to show the charge and reverse charge of all 3 perks associated with All Included. They also sent me the order summary of the three perks in a separate email so now I have paperwork to show if there are issues. Hopefully I just save myself a ton of time standing in the customer service line after boarding.

You may have, but with 39 cruises on Celebrity we have never had a booking perk not be reflected when we boarded.

I like your style. Having documentation in your hand is like having an umbrella, you probably won’t need it , but great to have it when you do. 👍

Hope you have a great cruise 🚢

It will be digital but what I was trying to avoid was dealing with customer service once we board the ship on Friday. That line is usually ridiculous with others trying to solve their own problems. Prior to my call, my Express Pass did not have the CALL code on it and now it does. My Docs also stated NO PREPAID GRATUITIES and that has also been corrected. Once I dump my bags in the room, go to the Muster station, I will be cozying up to the Martini Bar to begin a relaxing week.

I Print out all my pre cruise purchases and write the Order Number on it along with the Date I paid.

Once while arriving onboard at the Wifi desk the guy said we only had Basic Wifi and producing My information got that Fixed.
