Apex dining

Hello, I’m relatively new to sailing on Celebrity and will be on the Apex in April 2024. How does dining work? I see four main dining rooms. Do you choose your restaurants prior to boarding for each night and make a reservation or ???  We have a Concierge class stateroom and are currently Elite status. TIA for any insight and details!

You can make reservations pre cruise in the  Plan Cruise section of your booking.  You can choose which dining room you want and vary by night if you desire.  Or you don't have to make reservations and can show up when you are ready to dine, at peak times there could be a short wait.
