fstuff1 Posted July 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2023 (edited) I bought a CasNext from last month's cruise. I was told by the casino host that i can't see it in my acct but the people at Cas can. i wanted to use the casNext today for a cruise. Cas doesn't see it. For those that bought a CasNext, how long did you wait before you used it? Edited July 10, 2023 by fstuff1
Sand and Seas Posted July 10, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2023 I have gotten them twice and used each one about a week after cruise end. I could not see them on my account. CAS agent couldn't see it about 3 days after so we waited and tried again a week after cruise. Did the Host give you a certificate?

If you have a certificate signed by a host you have some sort of proof. I also noticed that my Final Bill had a line item for the CASNext certificate but of course no $$cost to me. I would suggest you call the main CAS number and ask for a supervisor. Tell them the cruise date you were on and that you have a CASNext certificate in your possession. If they still can't find anything about it perhaps you can send them a photo of your certificate. I've successfully used three certificates so far. One was applied to a cruise already booked and the other two went for a new booking. These were all processed about a week after my cruises ended. pcakes122 Posted July 11, 2023 #5 Share Posted July 11, 2023 Mine never showed up on Ncl.com and frankly that was a good thing for me. Because I had to have CAS apply the CASNext certificate for me on the phone, I guess the online system didn't realize I already had a certificate on my booking and it allowed me to apply two CruiseNext certificates on the same booking (this was not during the three certificate special.) 😊👍🏻
