Are you taking a tour of the SF?  If so, allow 1.5 hours inside the church.  Then add a half hour to get to the park.

Yes, we planned to do the tower as well.

What is the best way to get to Parc Guell from Sagrada Familia in 30 minutes? Thanks!

You will enjoy both and I agree. Take the time to enjoy SF. It is truly very unique and beautiful.
We have stayed in Barcelona a couple times post cruise for several days. Depending on when you visit (heat and crowds) there is also a hop on hop off cus that will take you to most places. If you are in high tourist season, taxi would be easiest for sure.

You can surf on www.tmb.cat for Barcelona transport.

I have surfed and there are several options, always metro plus bus

- the longest journey, the fastest

- the journey with two metro instead one, the fastest too

32 to 34 minutes from Sagrada Familia to Parque Guell according to TMB
