How to book spa pre-cruise?

I only see shore excursions, drinks, dining and deliver on board when I try to manage my cruise. I would like to get hair appointments arranged pre-embarkation. I believe there are discounts for this. So how do I do it, please?

I have been able to do it in the Cruise Planner on website.  It is near the bottom

Above Drink Packages  in Manage Reservation,  there is a link in faint blue which says. "View all  Cruise Planner Packages" and the site you are looking for will appear.
