Question about temps from transpac newbie

I hope this isn't a dumb question.....if it is, please be kind. 😆. Planning our first-ever transocean for January-February, 30 days from L.A. to New Zealand.  Ports in Hawaii, FP, Samoa, Fiji.  Of course, I understand storms can occur at any time, but generally speaking, what temperatures can we expect when we're cruising along at-sea.....60s, 70s, 80s?  Thanks in advance for advice on how/what to pack for this itinerary.

Hawaii is northern hemisphere ... the rest are southern hemisphere ... FP, Tonga and Fiji will likely be a bit more rainy and humid. Figure mid 80's with 60% humidity.
