We had Moorea dropped from our Grand Princess cruise.

The Grand had to do an overnight at Los Angeles to do a deep clean on the hull before going to New Zealand (Auckland).  So they dropped Hilo and  Moorea (was only a 9 hour stop) before an overnight  in Papeete.  They added Bay of Islands too.  So several changes were made.

Hopefully you can take the ferry over to visit Moorea. That is what we were doing previously before they added a stop.

Got the day in Papeete already planned.  At least we have been to Moorea.
