How do I arrange to meet up with another passenger staying a my hotel pre-cruise, without revealing our real names.

Maybe I need to clarify:  I mostly don't want to put name in online forums.  I don't mind giving name to them when we meet, but not sure how to meet or not seem too paranoid.

If you want private communication with another poster, post an email address in a form that bots will not pick up, e.g. John Doe at domain period name. As @Essiesmom suggests, use a throwaway email address.
