Supposedly at 21 days out (same as check-in) but I have never tried.

For big ships, you can book the main theater shows 21 days prior to departure, 12 midnight eastern time - at the same time as you do your online check-in. Top tier latitudes can book the main theater show(s) 26 days prior to departure. Comedy shows need to be booked onboard. Specific other shows can be booked onboard depending on ship.
