Just had 2 (duplicates) of these for my next cruise end of this month on Aurora . Ages 63 and 72.

They were sent throughout  yesterday as I mentioned previously,they are not age related. I am still missing a couple so I expect there is more to come. They were referenced with your future booking references. New policy I guess going forward. Just had mor in overnight.

We haven’t received anything yet for our two cruises in 2024.  It definitely can’t be age related as we are 81 and 76, not that we need any assistance.

I got the emails this morning for our family cruise next year too. 6 of the 8 travellers will be under 30.

I suspect that P&O are working through everyone's future cruises in the order of when they were booked. You'd think that by now they'd have realised that they were sending out every email twice and have fixed it, though.

Maybe they need to send one for each person on the cruise.

I am a solo but have still been getting two per cruise. Doesn’t  bother me though. Takes seconds to click on both and check.

I booked our cruises through our usual TA and haven’t had any emails either.
