Now I know treatments are more expensive than on land but these are an eye watering 300% more - ouch !

In recent times we have found spa prices to be exorbitant, so we stick to the included stuff and if we feel the need we book ashore.

Wow and add in an additional approximately 10% when converted to USD.  Are tips included in these ridiculous prices at least?  €120 for a manicure?  Crazy.

$100 is the going price for a haircut in NYC, so at least on that service, seems "reasonable."

Fairly certain this is cheaper than SS, I would be interested to know if anyone has used them as they supposedly aren’t using the normal steiner international folks.

I get a great manicure for $25.00.  Haircut $50.00

 

Can anybody answer my question above:  are tip’s included in these prices or is it additional?

Per the bottom of the Spa Price List.

I take it you have to call or work through your TA to book spa treatments in advance? I see no way to book online.

This is likely an obtuse question - but where do you book spa treatments online? When I access my booking, all I see are shore excursions and in-room requests like pillows or bed arrangements.

I emailed Explora and they said that spa bookings cannot be made online. Perhaps this is particular to my voyage.

I am paraphrasing this spa information from somewhat currently onboard who was told this by the wellness manager.

On sea days, if you have a treatment scheduled you can use the wellness area at any time that day.  Without a treatment you can only use the spa between 8am and 10am or between 6pm and 8pm.  On port days anyone can use the spa up to a maximum of 25 people.

My travel agent checked this  for me, and there's quite a few comp classes.
