problem booking

Been trying to book a Marella Cruise online every time I get to end were you put passengers details in there is no places to enter them any one else have this problem ,

It’s working fine for me. If the website isn’t functioning properly try downloading the TUI/ Marella app. You can also try deleting cookies and browsing history, if all fails it’s a trip to the TUI shop. 
P.S. unsure if you could book it on the phone.🤷🏻‍♂️

Working okay for me but find its not exactly the best user friendly website.We prefer face to face booking by going into a TUI shop who will price match online price.We did this yesterday and secured a further discount not available online 😉

 

Dont find the TUI/Marella app great either but might be an age issue on my behalf😅

Thanks for your replies , was hoping to use Topcashback and get another 4% off . Been trying to book a cruise again this afternoon and same problem all OK until I get to the bit were you should put passengers details in and won't let me , I have tried doing it with and without going through Topcashback .

Try using a different browser, ie. Safari , Google, Firefox ?

We,re off in 7 weeks,given Voyager a whirl

 

Yeah,this retirement malarky has a lot going for it 😅but and there is a but,because we do school run everyday our holidays are tied more or less  to when schools are off and prices are way higher then but hey ho
