Amsterdam port: taxi

Does anyone know if it is easy to hail a taxi at the port in Amsterdam? We are staying on for a couple of days at the end of our cruise (not a Regent package) and staying at the Renaissance. Thanks!

I remember there were taxis lined up when we disembarked last August.

It is one of my favorite hotels in AMS --  BUT Do you know that the Renaissance is undergoing a massive reconstruction.

 

Many bad reviews on Trip Advisor.  Just a heads up.

Taxis ae easy to find, our last taxi ride in AMS was in a Tesla.

Also, they all seem to take credit cards.

Another option is Uber. We recently used it from the airport to Amsterdam and then from Amsterdam to Rotterdam (via a pre-booking). Worked great.
