Here in VT we go out into the woods early spring and pick them while the look like a snail unraveling itself. They are delicious sautéed with garlic and butter and drizzle some lemon juice over them!

Yeah but after cruising out of LA a few years ago I learned that even though the weather was moderate when the cruise ship is moving over the cool waters of the Pacific it can get chilly on deck until you get to Mexico. Probably won't cruise out of LA again because you lose 2 days of warm weather.

For those who were concerned about me not being able to get my luggage under the bed. This is why.

Bring a BIG FAT wallet when you move back to Florida the Homeowner's insurance will hurt if you can even get it!

So funny you say that. We just realized a few days ago how much in-laws are paying for insurance (we are currently visiting them in the house we will move into) and it's 6 times what we pay in Virginia. Yikes!!
