Carnival is playing with my emotions

I cruise in 11 days. I logged in to print my board pass and my cruise was gone! My other 2 were there but this one was M.I.A.

 

I started to panic. I went to the bookings and added it back. It was so weird!

Yea, don't know why but sometimes they "disappear" and you have to add them back again.

 

Stops your heart for a second for sure!  First thought is OMG someone cancelled my cruise!

Unfortunately this is normal. The carnival website been very glitchy for a few months causing random booked cruises to disappear from the cruise manager page . I too have been having the same problem

Probably time for another "update" where they make it more difficult for users.

I still don't under why such a huge company doesn't have an app that you can pull up your acct etc. Not the HUB app but an actual app

There have been many forum discussions on this one.  I will say, and seems to be a lot of consensus on it, with the "issues" they have keeping their regular site operating properly adding an app to the equation seems disastrous at best 🤣

Unfortunately, I find myself saying this about a lot large companies.

 

Not that long ago, I worked for a large retail corporation still running a DOS-based OS for a lot of their checkout functions.  Blew my mind.

This has happened to me before too.  
 

I still think carnival’s website is far and away superior to others out there.  Whenever I go to do a look-see on a competitor’s site, I get very frustrated.

Usually when this happens, and it does fairly often, I log out and log back in and the missing cruise repopulates without having to find all the info and manually add the booking.

This happens to us when we're 16 days out and want to check in. Now I look the day before to ensure the cruise is listed in the manager to prevent panic attacks.

 I just booked a cruise yesterday for one that I’m ALREADY going on. 
 

It fell off my booking list.   Lovely.

You rebooked a cruise you already had booked because you didn't see the original booking in your cruise manager 😲

Logging out - clearing your cookies - and then logging back in does it sometimes too.

Oh my. Surely when you call, they'll realize it's a duplicate. And as much as you're going to enjoy yourself, no matter how much over the top fun it will be, you can't be in 2 same places at 1 time, lol.

I think if you contact them right away and it is within 24 hours you probably have a much better chance.
