Stay around port or do excursions?

Hi, just seeking information on the ports Bahamas, Cozumel and Grand Cayman if there is any must do excursions or things to do at port?

Totally agree on Sting ray city that is a must , we did that a couple of times, we normally stay on ship for Bahamas, love bar hopping and wife loves the stores in Cozumel also some nice restaurants.

During my cruise at Nassau I will stay on the ship, That day there will be 6 ships in the port

We did Stingray City several years ago.  That was a fun excursion!
