Though it's 12 count per Cabin Soda OR Water OR Snapple per Cabin. Last year a Family of 6 was trying take on 6 cases of Pop and 6 of Water. Dad had it on a portable Dolly. Security turned him around and took them back to his Car as the Son carried one case on

It's right there on RC's website, as posted by Tromler.

 

"Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom."
