Anyone able to get Wi-Fi calling to work on carnival Venezia?

Currently on ship but first time on cruise ship where I am not able to get Wi-Fi calling to work. I am using visible and other are using T-Mobile but both don’t seem to work . Would appreciate if anyone got tips to get it working or if it just don’t work. I got the premium Wi-Fi internet pkg

VPNs are blocked as well, at least the ones I tried using.

They block some of the common ports used by some VPNs. Change the VPN protocol and you change the ports your VPN uses.

Yep used it once for a call that was about 10-15 mins, bill was about $100 for the call. Won't be doing that again..
