HIA in the UK

First time HAL cruiser. Gratuities aren't included with HIA in our December cruise. Just wondered why.

As discussed here a number of times, HIA doesn't always include gratuities...we have 3 cruises booked, two have gratuities included, one doesn't. The perks change occasionally.

So it's not because we're in the UK.... thanks ....

no, it’s not because you’re in the UK.  HIA doesn’t have crew incentive in a lot of cases.  It’s more the exception now - special promotions and early booking bonus in my experience.
