They usually have the Polynesian Cultural Team onboard with special lectures and presentations. on the way to Hawaii.   On the way back you can expect some of the more generic Cruise and Travel Director canned lectures.

Can you offer insight for 16 day cruise? Mostly sea days, round trip San Diego.

We had teleprompter lectures from the cruise director about Hawaiian history.  And also flora and fauna speakers.
